Selling + Leasing

Realty Unleashed implements specific strategies to ensure a swift, equitable, and fair sale.

Our 3 part strategy, which is based on both experience and data, has proven to hold up in this highly competitive seller’s market that we are in right now.

Utilize MLS

A multiple listing service (MLS) is a powerful real estate marketing system that provides REALTORS® with reliable and comprehensive data. While real estate professionals are often competing against one another, MLS is the cooperative medium which allows for information sharing about listings between REALTORS®. We utilize MLS to ensure that properties are seen by all Edmonton + Calgary real estate agents; sharing inventory with one another makes for a faster, more profitable, and more productive market.

Direct Campaigns

Our growing network of business owners, decision-makers, investment groups and not-for-profit are excellent contacts to present your listing or leasing opportunity to. We prepare well-designed marketing material with critical information at the fingertips of whoever reads it.

Multifamily Home Staging

In order to create a successful, profitable listing, we believe in the value of home staging. When potential buyers are looking at listings online, the photos of the property are vital. Not only does that mean good lighting and realistic angles, but also a home that looks move-in-ready, clean, and purposeful. Part of our marketing strategy is to stage a house to look like a home. For example, buyers want to see a bedroom with a cozy bed, nightstands, and a lamp, at the least. We provide complimentary staging consultations, staging furniture, and of course, the actual staging service and set-up/take-down.

What is staging?

Staging involves preparing a property for sale using furniture and decor to help create a visual representation of each room. One of the goals of staging is to make the property as neutral as possible for potential buyers, and the other goal is to sell fast and for more. Home staging motivates a buyer to make a swift offer.
